ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We constantly endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Boxes are made to order and usually dispatched within 1-3 working days.

EVRI for bulk orders. All room sprays are made up to order and individually shipped in custom outers.

Courier Mainland UK typically 2 – 3 Days.

We CANNOT be held responsible for late deliveries once despatched we are reliant on our appointed courier.

We will recycle packaging for larger shipments

RETURNS

All our room sprays are made up to order so we do not offer full refunds on unwanted orders, but will exchange any damaged goods.
